Franjo Specialty Group brought two new multifamily residential buildings to Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood with the construction of the Locust and Miltenberger apartment buildings. Completed in 2021, the development added 16 new residential units across two three-story buildings, with eight apartments in each.

Working alongside the project team, we transformed previously vacant lots into thoughtfully designed new residences that contribute to the continued growth and revitalization of Uptown. Each building was constructed with a focus on modern living, quality craftsmanship, and efficient use of space, creating comfortable homes in a convenient urban setting.
