Focused primarily on projects under $3 million, FSG was built to deliver the same standards, communication, and accountability clients expect from Franjo Construction while operating with the speed and adaptability required in active commercial environments.

Today, FSG supports a diverse portfolio of clients across retail, hospitality, automotive, office, adaptive reuse, and private club markets throughout the region. The group has developed a strong reputation within the QSR and retail sectors, delivering fast-track projects with tight schedules while maintaining high expectations for quality, coordination, and client communication. FSG has completed work for national brands and developers including ALDI, Sheetz, and Roots Natural Kitchen, while also building strong relationships within the private club market through projects at St. Clair Country Club, Oakmont Country Club, Laurel Valley Golf Club, and Fox Chapel Golf Club.
