Showroom and service operations at A&L Jaguar & Land Rover of Monroeville in Monroeville, Pennsylvania were expanded and upgraded through a 27,000 SF renovation and expansion delivered for A&L Motors.

Phased renovation and expansion work was carried out by Franjo Construction within an active, fully operational dealership environment. The scope required ongoing coordination with ownership and staff to maintain uninterrupted vehicle sales and service operations while construction activities progressed throughout the facility.

Interior and exterior improvements were executed around active showroom and service zones, with construction work staged to maintain access and functionality across the building during all phases of the renovation.
