Designed to support robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing users, Tech Forge @ LTC is a 68,000 SF ground-up tech-flex facility within the RIDC Lawrenceville Technology Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, developed for the Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC).

The facility combines office space with high-bay and R&D-capable areas, requiring structural and systems coordination to support both traditional workplace functions and equipment-driven industrial use under one roof. Franjo Construction delivered the full building construction with infrastructure designed for multi-tenant flexibility and evolving technical requirements.

Rather than a single-occupant facility, the building was developed to support phased occupancy and expansion, with tenant spaces built out over time as operational needs evolved within the same active technology corridor.
