A 20,000 SF luxury automotive dealership in Wexford, Pennsylvania, was developed for Rohrich Automotive Group, continuing Franjo Construction’s work with a long-standing client partner. The new facility brings Bentley and Maserati’s Pittsburgh-area locations together within a purpose-built dealership designed to support both customer experience and daily operations.

Designed to reflect the identity of both luxury brands, the dealership features expansive glass walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, a showroom, and dedicated service areas. Franjo Construction managed the ground-up construction of the facility, coordinating the building process to support both customer-facing and operational spaces.

The completed dealership integrates luxury automotive design with functional showroom and service spaces, creating a purpose-built environment that reflects the standards of the Bentley and Maserati brands.
