Homestead Fire Hall
The Homestead Volunteer Fire Department provides essential emergency response services to the local community from its facility just blocks away from Franjo Construction’s headquarters. As the project contractor, Franjo Construction helped bring the department’s new fire hall to life, creating a dedicated facility designed to support local first responders and their daily operations.
Built as a pre-engineered structure, the 8,400 GSF facility provides a durable and functional space tailored to the department’s needs. The building supports emergency response efforts while providing an efficient environment for preparation, training, and community service.
With a focus on functionality and long-term performance, the new fire hall highlights Franjo Construction’s experience delivering municipal facilities that support the organizations and communities they serve. The completed facility provides the Homestead Volunteer Fire Department with a reliable space to continue its important work supporting local residents.
