Franjo Specialty Group (FSG) was created as a division of Franjo Construction Corporation to expand in-house field capabilities and strengthen execution across active commercial projects. As a self-performing division, FSG gives Franjo direct control over critical scopes of work, helping maintain schedule, quality, and coordination in fast-moving jobsite conditions.

With 100+ field professionals and 19 superintendents, FSG performs key trades including carpentry, concrete, masonry, millwork and casework, steel fabrication and installation, demolition, and painting. This capability allows the team to respond quickly, solve field challenges in real time, and deliver consistent results across complex and phased work.
