The development of a 20,000 SF, two-story ground-up office building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania supported administrative operations for Allegheny County Housing Authority and was delivered for Trinity Commercial Development.

Demolition of an existing on-site restaurant was completed to clear the site for a new ground-up office building, followed by full structural construction and interior build-out of the two-story facility. The work progressed through all phases of development within a constrained urban redevelopment site, from site clearing through final interior completion.

Vertical construction and interior delivery were coordinated across the duration of the project to support the transition of the site into a fully functioning administrative office facility.

Emma Chammas from Trinity Commercial Development noted the collaboration during construction: “Franjo had very good communication from the start. The Superintendent was really good about making sure I knew everything that was going on.”
