In Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, Barcelona Wine Bar was delivered as a full interior build-out within an existing urban building footprint, converting a previously occupied restaurant space into a new hospitality venue with updated dining, bar, and kitchen areas.

The interior fit-out delivered a fully operational restaurant within a dense downtown environment. Construction included kitchen facilities, bar areas, and dining spaces, along with the mechanical, electrical, and finish work required to support full-service restaurant operations.
