Franjo Construction completed two Buford’s Kitchen restaurant buildouts in 2016, transforming existing shell spaces in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Moon Township, Pennsylvania, into distinctive Southern-inspired dining destinations. Working across two locations, our team brought the Buford’s Kitchen concept to life through coordinated construction, careful attention to the brand’s design, and a focus on delivering functional, inviting restaurant environments.

The projects required us to adapt each space to the specific needs of a full-service restaurant, incorporating the infrastructure, finishes, and interior elements necessary to support busy kitchen and dining operations. In Washington, the restaurant opened at The Street at the Meadows, while the Moon Township location was created within a former Ground Round restaurant space.

For Franjo, completing both locations demonstrated our ability to manage multi-site restaurant construction while maintaining consistency across each finished space. From shell to completed restaurant, we worked to deliver environments that supported Buford’s unique Southern-inspired concept and provided welcoming spaces for guests to gather, dine, and connect. The project reflects our experience in hospitality construction and our ability to execute restaurant buildouts efficiently and with attention to the details that define each brand.
