Repeat client Johnson Development Associates partnered on Extra Space Storage, a 102,506 SF self-storage development at 1212 Madison Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, delivered as part of an ongoing portfolio of similar projects.

The project includes the adaptive reuse of a five-story former industrial building, converted from manufacturing use into a self-storage facility. Franjo Construction completed full interior demolition and reconfiguration of the existing structure to support new storage layouts and operational requirements.

Adjacent ground-up construction was also delivered by Franjo Construction, expanding the facility footprint and integrating new structure directly with the existing building to form a single, unified storage development.
