Franjo Construction was proud to play a key role in the development of ONE Homestead, a community revitalization project in the heart of Homestead, Pennsylvania. The 51-unit affordable housing development combines new construction with the thoughtful reuse of existing historic structures, creating a diverse mix of apartments, lofts, and townhomes.

As the builder, we helped transform multiple sites throughout the neighborhood into comfortable, modern residential spaces while preserving elements of Homestead’s historic character. The development includes 18 townhouse units across four buildings, three loft apartments within a renovated historic post office, and a four-story, 30-unit apartment building with commercial space on the first floor.

ONE Homestead represents the kind of project that goes beyond constructing buildings—it contributes to the continued revitalization of an established community.
