A multi-building office and flex development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Rockwell Park includes the renovation and repositioning of a formerly vacant industrial and office building within a larger 24-acre district.

Franjo Construction renovated the main building and executed a tenant build-out for 3M Co. on the upper levels. The scope included redevelopment of the existing structure and interior build-out to support modern office use within a previously underutilized facility.

The project included the expansion of the existing building footprint and the integration of new architectural elements to improve natural light and functionality across the space.
