A ground-up, four-level automotive dealership in North Strabane Township, Rohrich Lexus spans more than 180,000 square feet and includes showroom space, sales offices, service areas, customer lounges, and a multi-story parking structure for inventory, staff, and customer parking. Franjo Construction completed the build using a Filigree precast deck system, supporting efficient and high-quality construction across all levels.

The project delivered a large-scale, mixed-use dealership facility built to accommodate both customer experience and operational needs.
