Two in-line fast-casual restaurant buildouts for Roots Natural Kitchen were delivered within existing retail environments, each ranging from approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square feet and developed as part of a consistent restaurant prototype across multiple locations.

Interior build-outs within active retail corridors were delivered by Franjo Construction, including full restaurant construction services such as kitchen areas, service counters, and customer seating layouts. The work required coordination of mechanical, electrical, and finish systems within constrained retail footprints to support fast-casual restaurant operations.
