A new 6,132 SF ground-up convenience store and fueling station was developed for Sheetz in Moundsville, West Virginia, expanding the brand’s retail presence through a newly constructed customer-focused facility.

The project brought together new retail construction and fueling infrastructure, with Franjo Construction coordinating delivery of the convenience store and fueling station as part of the complete ground-up development.
