The Mercer is a 199-unit multifamily development in Pittsburgh’s Strip District, featuring six stories of residential space along with ground-floor retail and a range of indoor and outdoor amenities. Franjo Construction completed the project, incorporating residential, retail, parking, and amenity spaces within a single urban setting.

The development includes more than 12,000 square feet of amenity space, with a resort-style pool, fitness and yoga studio, co-working spaces, boardroom, games and media room, gathering terrace, and indoor garage and bike storage. A mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences provides a range of living options within the development.

The completed project brings together a range of residential and community-focused spaces within Pittsburgh’s Strip District, adding a multifamily property with extensive amenities and ground-floor retail to the neighborhood.
