Atlantic Crossings is a retail tenant fit-out project completed in Florida. Franjo transformed an existing cold, dark shell space into a finished sales center designed to support the marketing and leasing efforts for a nearby condominium tower development.

The project was constructed to provide prospective buyers with an interactive environment where they could experience and review interior finish selections available as part of the condominium purchase process. Construction included the coordination and installation of display areas, finishes, and client-facing presentation spaces tailored to the project’s luxury residential branding.

The completed sales center demonstrates Franjo’s experience delivering customized interior fit-outs within existing retail environments while supporting the operational and marketing goals of development clients.
