Two four-story wood-frame apartment buildings define the Robinson Apartments in Robinson Township, Pennsylvania, delivered for MD Robinson LLC. The development brings 240 residential units online, along with integrated amenities including a pool, clubhouse, and dog park distributed across the site.

Franjo Construction managed the construction of the slab-on-grade buildings from foundation through vertical framing across both structures, coordinating work between buildings as the project progressed. Sequencing across the site allowed residential construction and amenity areas to advance in parallel, supporting steady delivery across the full development footprint.
