Franjo Construction partnered with repeat client Century Hospitality, an affiliate of The Century Group, to deliver the ground-up construction of Fairfield Inn & Suites at the Highlands in Wheeling, West Virginia. Conveniently located near destinations including Cabela’s, Wheeling University, and Wheeling Island Casino, the hotel was designed to serve both business and leisure travelers.

The four-story, 105-room hotel includes a range of guest amenities, including a welcoming lobby with a fireplace, outdoor seating areas, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and more than 2,800 square feet of meeting space. Franjo coordinated the construction of the facility to create a comfortable, modern hospitality environment that supports guests throughout their stay.

Recognized for its exceptional guest experience, the hotel received Marriott’s Diamond Award in 2021, the brand’s highest distinction for guest satisfaction and intent to recommend. The completed project reflects the quality and long-term value of Franjo’s continued partnership with Century Hospitality.
