The Biscayne Office and Parking Building is a mixed-use development currently under construction in North Miami Beach, Florida. The project includes the demolition of an existing gas station and surrounding structures to prepare the 1.8-acre site for new construction.

The development features a four-story precast parking structure designed to provide 385 parking spaces along with approximately 11,640 square feet of office space located on the ground floor. The facility is being constructed to support the operational needs of the adjacent Miami Beach Community Health Center by providing additional parking capacity, office space for staff, and services for patients and visitors.

The project highlights Franjo Construction’s experience coordinating large-scale site redevelopment projects while delivering integrated office and parking facilities within active urban environments.
