COhatch includes multiple coworking and event space buildouts across the Pittsburgh region, with Franjo Construction completing the conversion of former in-line retail spaces into flexible, modern workplace environments.

Each location involved full interior renovation, including new mechanical, electrical, and finish systems to support private offices, meeting rooms, and shared gathering areas. Franjo Construction delivered these build-outs within existing commercial footprints, adapting previously occupied retail spaces into functional coworking environments designed for flexibility and daily use.

Across the program, existing structures were reconfigured to support a range of tenant needs, including collaboration spaces, private work areas, and multi-use event programming.
