Demolition of the existing Eat N Park structure in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, cleared the way for a new 5,896 SF ground-up restaurant development, including associated site improvements for Eat N Park Hospitality Group.

Work included the removal of the former building, site preparation, and construction of the new restaurant facility. Franjo Construction coordinated the redevelopment process, integrating new building construction with upgraded site elements to support the updated location.
