The Cove Apartments at Prima Vista is a ground-up multifamily development located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The project consists of two standalone apartment buildings totaling approximately 300,000 square feet across 150 residential units.

Currently under construction for AR Building Co., the development also includes a central clubhouse, a resort-style pool, walking trails, and 239 surface parking spaces, all designed to support resident convenience and community living. Coordination throughout construction has focused on site development, infrastructure, and the integration of amenities across the nearly 20-acre property.
